Why are there different Setup Guides for different versions of Outlook?
There were significant design changes between Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007. In 2007, Microsoft introduced the “To-Do Bar” and made many design changes to nearly all sections of Outlook. There were also changes between Outlook 2007 and 2010 versions, including changing Views, menu changes, customizing Tasks, and more. We recommend you get the version of Setup Guide that matches the version of Outlook you are currently using, or plan to use, for the most accurate instructions. You can find out which version you are using by going to Help > About Microsoft Outlook.
