In this workout, using moderate to high intensity TRX movements and intervals, you’ll train your body to be stable, strong and more powerful for your endurance activities and sports. It integrates core stability with foundational movements like stepping, lunging, bending and rotation.
This TRX TV download, which you can easily upload to your mobile device, features a 30-minute endurance workout in beginning, intermediate and advanced progressions. Led by TRX Master Trainer Dan McDonough, the workout boasts several new, never-before-seen TRX moves and a handy Visual Guide (in the intermediate progression).
